We hire workers:
1. 18 years old above
2. Tasty meal with reasonal amount meat and vegetables
3. No limitation on going to rest room
4. Air-conditioned dormitory
5. Above standard wage (Most of the workers > RMB$1800/ USD$240 per month)
6. 9:30am - 5:30pm working time and 1 hour lunch break, and 150%~180% overtime compensation, no overtime working enforced.
7. Country standard protection included mask and gloves for workers
8. Use environmental friendly equipments
