A. Requesting sample

1. Select the model you interested in by informing us the "Product number", quantity and address. (inquiry@vavolo.com)
2. Our sales representative will reply with P/I.
3. Shipment.

B. Current models customization

1. Select the model you interested in by informing us the "Product number", quantity and address. (inquiry@vavolo.com)
2. Inform us the logo (with AI file) you want to print and color you needed.
3. Our sales representative will reply with the possibility of making this model.

C. Total Customization

1. Send us the drawing for your desire USB drive shape. Please click the thumbnail for more detail.

2. Please inform the quantity, expected delivery time, and logo (with AI file).
3. Our sales representative will reply with quotation.

D. Lead time and pricing

1. Prototype

• USD$400~USD$600 (Non-refundable)
• Prototype lead time: 14 days up after confirmation of visual draft and logo imprint.

2. Tooling charge

• For PU material, no tooling charge needed
• For ABS/ PC/ TPE/ PVC material, tooling charge starts from USD$2,000, tooling charge depends on the complexity of the mould.

3. Production

• For PU material, housing unit price from USD$4~USD$6/ pc, lead time: <2000pcs, 20 days, >2000 pcs, 30 days up.
• For ABS/ PC/ TPE/ PVC material, housing unit price from USD$1.5/ pc.
• USB flash price will quote seperately.

4. Payment

• Prototype charge: 100% pay in advance, non-refundable.
• Tooling charge: 100% pay in advance, non-refundable.
• Production charge: Under 1000 pcs, 100% full payment, Above 1000 pcs, 30% deposit and 70% balance payable after presenting bill of lading.

5. Certificate

• RoHS material used (Certificate/ lab test by request, lab-test and certificate charge will be bearable to clients).
• CE declaration letter.
