Redismo Warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Redismo Warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy are offered to direct customers only. All customers must obtain an RMA number from Redismo Sales Support Team prior to any return, replacement, repair, refund, or credit.
All Sales are Final: Orders cannot be changed after order confirmation. Any shipping discrepancy, product dissatisfaction, missing and damaged products must be reported to Redismo Sales Support Team within 48 hours of delivery by email.
Damaged or Missing Products during Transportation: If package is visibly damaged upon delivery by the shipping agent, clients should take the following actions immediately:
1) Take pictures for the parcels
2) Call and report to the local customer service of the shipping agent you used at once to file a claim
3) Notify Redismo immediately so that we can work with the shipping agent.
4) Hold the merchandise and the original packaging for the courier’s inspection and investigation
Without taking the above actions, clients may risk receipt of proper compensation from the shipping agent.
Without Built-in Flash Memory Defective Products: Redismo will try our best to implement necessary Quality Control (QC) process before sending the goods to our clients; however, we cannot guarantee all products are non-defective. Defective products must be reported to Redismo within 15 days upon receipt of the parcels. All defective products must be sent back to Redismo. We will be responsible to repair or replace the defective products at our best effort. Clients are responsible for the return and replacement shipping fees. Repairs can take from several weeks to 2 months.
With Built-in Memory Defective Products: Clients enjoy 3-month same model product exchanging and 1-year warranty. All defective products must be sent back to Redismo. We will be responsible to repair or replace the defective products at our best effort. . Clients are responsible for the return and replacement shipping fees. Repairs can take from several weeks to 2 months.
Redismo warranty does not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
1) Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product
2) Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Redismo
3) Damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media
4) Software or data loss occurring during repair or replacement
5) Any damage of the product occurring while shipment
6) Removal or improper installation of the product
7) External causes to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure or scratches
8) Normal wear and tear
9) Damage to, or abuse of, the surface of the product, such as cosmetic damage
Return Procedure: No return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Clients must obtain an RMA number from Redismo Sales Support Team and fill in an RMA form prior to returning any merchandise to Redismo. Please make sure the RMA number appears clearly on the shipping label or envelope, and include a copy of the RMA form. The RMA numbers are only valid for 21 days. It is very important for our clients to send the defective products back immediately. Clients are responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. Redismo does not responsible for any damage or loss due to insufficient or improper packaging.
